Valor Collegiate Academies
Jess Rozell is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher at Valor Collegiate Academies since January 2023. With a strong background in teaching social studies, Jess has held positions at LEAD Public Schools and STEM Preparatory Academy, as well as Westwood High School. In addition to educational roles, Jess has been a Sergeant in the Army National Guard since July 2012, specializing in Military Intelligence. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration currently pursued at Austin Peay State University, and multiple master's degrees in English as a Second Language and Curriculum and Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University and Austin Peay State University, respectively. Jess also holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Austin Peay State University.

Valor Collegiate Academies is the first diverse-by-design, public college preparatory charter school in Nashville, TN to serve a holistically diverse background of students.
