Erika S. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in administrative support and management within various organizations, including the Santa Barbara Foundation as a Senior Administrative Assistant since September 2024. Previous roles include serving as an Administrative Assistant in the Trust & Estates Department at Allen & Kimbell, LLP, and as a Regional Administrator for Young Life, where Erika supported over 50 staff across 25 local areas. Additionally, Erika has held multiple positions within Young Life, including Communications Coordinator and Kitchen Intern. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Media Communications and Spanish from Colorado State University, along with a current pursuit of a Paralegal Studies Professional Certificate from UC Santa Barbara, Erika excels in customer service, organizational skills, and community engagement.
