Theresa Chiou has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Theresa started their career as a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble in 1997 before moving on to National Instruments as a Product Manufacturing Engineer. In 2003, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant.
Theresa then transitioned into finance roles, starting at RadioShack as a Manager in Merchandising Strategy & Productivity. Theresa later became the Senior Director of Finance overseeing Store Operations & Merchandising. After their successful stint at RadioShack, Theresa joined Michaels Stores, Inc. as the Director of Pricing Analytics and then assumed the role of Director of Finance, responsible for FP&A, Supply Chain, and Information Technology.
In 2016, Theresa joined DentalOne Partners Inc. as the Director of Finance for Financial Planning and Analysis. Theresa also served as the Senior Director of Marketing, focusing on Analytics & Operations.
Theresa's most recent position was at Valor Healthcare, where they started as the Director of Finance before being promoted to Senior Director of Finance & Corporate Services. Their current role is Vice President of Finance, a position they have held since December 2021.
Throughout their career, Theresa has developed a strong background in finance, analytics, operations, and strategy, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.
Theresa Chiou holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Theresa also completed a semester abroad program in the field of study at EGADE Business School. Additionally, Theresa pursued an MBA at Texas McCombs School of Business, but the field of study for their MBA is unspecified.
