Gwen Tinsley, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2003, they started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin, where they managed financial accounts and organized marketing events. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Staffing Coordinator at Adams & Garth Staffing, successfully increasing revenue by building client relationships and improving open position requirements.

In 2006, Gwen joined Aerotek Commercial Staffing as a Recruiter, where they managed over fifty employees and maintained strong relationships with both contractors and clients. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Right Management as a Client Manager & Administrator, overseeing a team and establishing business relationships in the Richmond community. Gwen also worked closely with the Director of Sales to identify opportunities for growth and improve organizational inefficiencies.

Starting in 2014, Gwen joined Mary Kay Inc. as a Sales Director, focusing on multi-level marketing sales and helping women earn income and build confidence. Gwen then joined Practice Promotions in 2017 as the VP of Sales & Marketing, leading a high growth startup marketing company and specializing in PT marketing solutions.

Most recently, Gwen joined Valor Performance, Inc. in 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in client management, sales, marketing, and developing business relationships throughout their career.
