Katie Copeskey has a diverse work experience history. Katie currently works as a Research Coordinator at RTI International since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Performance Coach at Valor Performance, Inc. from August 2021. Katie also has experience as a Research Coordinator at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine from April 2021 to August 2021.

During these roles, they provided career counseling, academic advising, and personal support to student-athletes.

Lastly, Katie has worked as a Tutor/Consultant and Graduate Associate at Springfield College from September 2006 to May 2007. Katie served as the primary spokesperson for the Athletic Counseling program, advising prospective and current graduate students and coordinating a regional Sport Psychology conference.

Katie Copeskey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Springfield College between 2005 and 2007.
