Matan Lushkov M.Ed, MBA, CAPM

Matan Lushkov has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Matan is currently working at Valor Performance, Inc. as a Master Coach, where they help design a mental skills and leadership curriculum for high achievers. Matan also works as a Performance Coach and Business Development specialist at Valor, where they provide individual coaching and helps adjust offerings to fit the needs of corporate and individual clients. Alongside their work at Valor, Matan is the COO of Matan's Life Map, a platform they created to help people plan and share key information about their lives. Matan is also a Member of the Board of Directors at AmpSurf, an organization dedicated to providing adaptive surfing experiences for people with disabilities. Matan has also worked as a Performance Coach at District Management Group and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University, where they teach courses on leadership and organizational behavior. Matan has previously worked as a Leadership Consultant at Career Sparks, a Management Consultant at Baker Newman Noyes, and a Relationship Manager at Bank of America. Matan Lushkov M.Ed, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Sport Studies at the University of New Hampshire from 2006 to 2009. Matan then pursued their Master's Degree in Counseling, specifically in Sport Psychology, at Boston University from 2010 to 2011. Later, from 2013 to 2014, Matan earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, Finance at the University of New Hampshire.
