Stephen Cornes

Stephen Cornes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stephen founded Enactive Business Learning in 2005, where they served as the Director of Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. In this role, they provided strategic guidance and project coaching support to senior core management. Stephen also developed global learning strategies and frameworks for major corporations.

Stephen then worked as a Senior Leadership Consultant at ODYSSEAN CONSULTING LIMITED from 2005 to 2008, specializing in the design and delivery of behavioral learning programs.

Prior to that, they worked as a Professional Actor from 2004 to 2008, where they performed in various theatrical productions and voiceovers for film, radio, TV, and audio books. Stephen also wrote and performed in corporate training films for financial institutions.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Merrill Lynch as a Business Analyst from 2000 to 2002, supporting the delivery of Finance IT projects and contributing to the design of a trading platform.

Stephen began their career at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, delivering IT projects for clients such as Bhs, Anglian Water, and BHP Billiton.

Currently, Stephen serves as a Valor Master Coach at Valor Performance, Inc., and as the Head of Learning and Coaching at DuoMe, where they analyze, designs, and develops flexible working and coaching programs.

Stephen Cornes earned a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Warwick, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Stephen completed a Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring at the University of the West of England from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Acting from the Birmingham School of Acting from 2003 to 2004. In 1998 to 1999, they received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information and Administrative Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. Stephen Cornes also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Business Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, which they completed in 1996. Stephen attended St. Aloysius College in Glasgow for their secondary education.

In terms of certifications, Stephen Cornes obtained International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in March 2021. Stephen also earned the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in June 2023 and February 2021. Additionally, they completed the ILM (Level 7) Executive Coaching and Mentoring program offered by the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM).
