Donald Knight

Donald Knight serves as the Chief People Officer at Greenhouse Software, where a people-first approach is prioritized as the company scales globally. Knight also contributes as a member of several councils, including the CPO Council at Lattice, the Workforce Executive Council at CNBC, and as an advisor for PeopleTech Partners. As a partner and co-founder of Proximity Media, Knight focuses on creating impactful content. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Edelman and Sr. Director of Human Resources at Equifax, among others. Knight holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond and additional qualifications from institutions such as Cornell University and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
