Laetitia Henriot Arsever

Laetitia Henriot Arsever currently serves as the Chief Information Officer and Head of Group IT and Digital at Valora Group since November 2022, and is a member of the EPFL Alumni Council, contributing to strategic decisions for a global alumni community of over 44,000 members. Previous experience includes leading technology strategy at La Poste Suisse and defining global IT strategy at Schindler Group, where notable achievements involved managing a diverse digital innovation hub and overseeing significant financial and operational improvements. Laetitia's career is supported by a Master's in Computer Science from EPFL and earlier roles in technology consulting and project management.
