Lucio Paolo Torroni

Lucio Paolo Torroni has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lucio Paolo currently holds the position of Group CHRO at Valora Group. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director/Senior Vice President Corporate HR at OBI Group Holding from 2018 to 2023. Lucio Paolo also held the role of Senior Vice President Human Relations and was a member of the Extended Management Board at Fressnapf Holding SE from 2017 to 2018. In addition, Lucio worked as an HR Director and a member of the country executive team at Carglass Germany from 2011 to 2017. Lucio Paolo served as the Head of HR Management and a Senior HR Business Partner at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they held various HR roles at Fiat Spa, including HR Director Germany, HR Director Benelux, and Senior HR Manager Switzerland.

Lucio Paolo Torroni attended the University of Konstanz from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Law. Lucio Paolo then transferred to the University of Freiburg, where they continued their studies in Law from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they pursued the Bar Exam at the District Court of Düsseldorf, completing their education in the field of Law. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration.
