Angela Vidal-Rodriguez

Angela Vidal-Rodriguez is the current Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Valparaiso University. Prior to this, they were the Director of the McNair Scholars Program at Northeastern Illinois University from 2013 to 2021. Before that, they were a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the National Forum on Higher Education for the Public Good from 2009 to 2013. Angela started their career in 2005 as an Academic Skills Specialist at Northeastern Illinois University-McNair Scholars Program.

Angela Vidal-Rodriguez is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Candidate in Higher Education at the University of Michigan. Angela has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business/Managerial Economics from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Anáhuac.

They are on a team with Kris Rogers - Chief Marketing Officer, Darron C. Farha - VP, General Counsel & Secretary, and Lisa Hollander - VP, Advancement & Strategic Initiatives. Their manager is José D. Padilla, President.
