Joshua Pauls

Joshua Pauls has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Joshua is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Valsight since May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at EFS Unternehmensberatung GmbH from September 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Intern Auditor at Deloitte in 2015 and as a Project Manager at EGR Vertriebs- und Handelsges.m.b.H. from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Assistant at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. and as a Service Employee at Hawksworth Restaurant Group in 2012.

Joshua Pauls began their education in 2013 at FHWien der WKW, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Entrepreneurship. Joshua completed their undergraduate studies in 2016. In 2017, Joshua participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Luiss Guido Carli University, focusing on Management. From 2016 to 2018, they attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and obtained a Master of Science degree in Internationalization Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Joshua obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from ITSM Group in 2018. In 2019, they obtained certifications in ITIL4 Bridge from iTSM Group, Präsentieren & Moderieren from Managing Partner, and Product Owner / Product Manager - Scaled Agile Framework from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2020, Joshua obtained a Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org and an APM Certification from LeanIX. Joshua also received training in Agile Way of Working from EFS Unternehmensberatung GmbH in 2018.
