David Felicissimo

David Felicissimo has a strong background in corporate law and intellectual property. With experience at various firms and companies, including Valsoft Corporation and Valnet as General Counsel, David has also been involved in overseeing acquisitions, managing worldwide litigation matters, and providing legal guidance. David's educational background includes a LL.L/LL.B from the University of Ottawa and additional executive education programs from Harvard Law School and Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
