Winthrop Sargent

Winthrop Sargent serves as the Chief Financial Officer at VALT Enterprises, Inc. since September 2023 and has been the Principal at Winthrop Capital Advisors since November 2008, focusing on CEO/CFO consulting, capital raises, turnaround engagements, and M&A projects. Sargent is also a Managing Member at Torwin Development, LLC, overseeing a residential housing community in Mattapoisett, MA.
