Anastasia Shvetsova-Legangneux

Anastasia Shvetsova-Legangneux currently serves as EVP Global Corporate Development and Director M&A at Valtech since January 2021. Prior to this position, Anastasia acted as Interim Chief Financial Officer at BibliU from May 2020 to January 2021, and worked at Stonehage Fleming from November 2017 to June 2020 as an Investment Professional focusing on Direct Investments and Venture Capital. Earlier experience includes a role as Investment Banking Associate for EMEA Consumer and Retail M&A at J.P. Morgan from February 2012 to November 2017, and various positions in Investment Banking at Citi from July 2011 to February 2012, including Analyst for Global Banking Strategy and Natural Resources M&A. Anastasia Shvetsova-Legangneux holds an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School and a BSc in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
