Anneloes Bijl has a diverse work experience in various roles. Anneloes started their career as a Receptionist and Sales Consultant at Club Pellikaan, where they were responsible for member acquisition and assisting with customer inquiries. Anneloes then became a Social Media & Communicatiemedewerker at the same company, managing newsletters, website articles, and social media platforms.

Anneloes later transitioned to the role of Communicatieadviseur at KNWU, where they handled internal and external communication, community management, content creation, and media relations in the field of cycling. Anneloes also worked as a Social Media Specialist and Redacteur for NOS Sport, responsible for implementing the social media strategy for NOS Sport and managing various platforms.

In their role as a Project Professional at Aresz Project Professionals, Anneloes underwent training and practical experiences to become a versatile and innovative project professional. Anneloes then moved on to Bureau Bright, where they worked as a Marketing Projectmanager, focusing on inbound marketing strategies and client growth.

Anneloes also gained experience as a Stagecoach en Afstudeerbegeleider at Windesheim, providing guidance and support to students during their internships and graduation projects. Anneloes joined Valtech as a Traffic Manager and later became a Team Lead for Data and Marketing Services. Currently, they are working as a Delivery Director (Circle Director) at Valtech, leading the Marketing Services Team and overseeing client relationships, team development, and financial success.

Anneloes Bijl also has experience outside of the corporate world. Anneloes worked as a Trainer at HipFitMam, specializing in supporting women during and after pregnancy with tailored workouts. Additionally, Anneloes completed internships at Manchester Velodrome and The Ohio State University, where they conducted research, organized events, and gained insights into the sports industry.

Anneloes Bijl has a diverse education history. Anneloes obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Media & Journalism from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication at the University of Amsterdam from 2009 to 2011. Anneloes also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Anneloes's secondary education includes completing HAVO at Veluws College Walterbosch from 2000 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Anneloes has obtained several certifications. These include being a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in 2021, a Scrum Product Owner / PSPO I from Scrum.org in 2018, and NIMA A: Online marketing certification from NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing in 2018. Anneloes also holds a Prince2 Foundation certification from PeopleCert in 2018. Furthermore, they have certifications in YouTube Certified Content Ownership and YouTube Certified Audience Growth from YouTube in 2017. Anneloes recently obtained a certification in Bedrijfshulpverlening from Inprevo in March 2022.
