Niklas Wolkert

Niklas Wolkert is a seasoned professional in the field of design with extensive experience in service and customer experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Volvo Group, Niklas focuses on analyzing people trends and researching global employee needs related to skills development and internal mobility. Prior roles include Senior Customer Experience Lead at Valtech, where guidance was provided on complex design issues, and Design Team Lead at SAS, managing a digital design team during a critical transition. With a significant tenure at Swedbank as Principal Designer, Design Director, and Head of User Experience Design, contributions were made to strategic initiatives and design maturity within the organization.
