Donny Perach is Managing Director of Valtus Capital and has over 10 years of finance and principal investment experience with extensive practice in mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, private placements, and restructurings across a variety of industries including the real estate, gaming, hospitality, and transportation sectors.
Prior to Valtus Capital, Mr. Perach served as Vice President of Investments and Real Estate for Marnell Companies and was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities within the strategic investment division of Marnell Companies, and was involved in the acquisition, disposition, and asset management of projects within company’s real estate and gaming portfolios.
Prior to joining Marnell Companies, Mr. Perach worked in KeyBank’s investment banking division within the Real Estate Private Equity Group in New York City. In addition, Mr. Perach also worked within Hartford Mezzanine Investors I, a joint venture mezzanine finance fund co-managed by KeyBank Real Estate Capital and Hartford Investment Management in Seattle, WA, and within KeyBank’s Income Property division in Las Vegas, NV. Subsequent to his work at KeyBank, Mr. Perach served as Finance Associate for Monument Capital, the parent company for Astoria Homes in Las Vegas, NV at the time, the largest private residential real estate development company in southern Nevada.
Mr. Perach graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics and is a member of the Investment Committee for the Endowment Foundation for the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas and has also served on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation’s Young Leadership Division.
