Mark Parsons

Mark Parsons is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Value Capital Partners since July 2024, focusing on unlocking sustainable value in underperforming listed companies through effective corporate governance and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Mark was the Managing Director of Finance at The Rohatyn Group from April 2023 to June 2024, overseeing finance, tax, and compliance for TRG Africa. Mark also served as Group CFO at Ethos Private Equity from March 2020 until its acquisition by The Rohatyn Group in April 2023, and held the position of Director at Brait from February 2009 to March 2020, focusing on finance and investor relations. Mark holds a B Compt (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa, obtained in December 1998, and is a graduate of Bryanston High School.
