Javier Masini

Francisco Javier Masini Aguilera is a highly experienced professional in the field of manufacturing and value engineering, currently serving as Director of Manufacturing VM Services at Value Management Strategies, Inc. since July 2022. Masini is actively involved with several professional organizations, including ASQ - World Headquarters, the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, and the Society of Product Cost Engineering & Analytics. As President and Executive Vice President of Advanced Value Group, LLC since 2010, Masini focuses on developing projects and workshops on value engineering for manufacturing and construction. Additionally, involvement with SAVE International on the VM Body of Knowledge Technical Committee reflects a commitment to advancing value methodology. Masini also serves as Director of the Lawrence Delos Miles Value Foundation and is the Founder of Instituto Mudanai de Creación de Valor, promoting training and consulting on lean manufacturing. Masini holds a Master’s degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Quality and Productivity Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana.
