Ester Valorio

Ester Valorio has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Ester currently works as a UX Design Lead at Value Partners since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a UX & Service Designer and Senior Consultant at Tangity, where they were involved in research processes, workshop facilitation, prototyping, and creating key deliverables. From 2018 to 2022, Ester was a UX/UI Design Team Leader and Senior UX/UI Designer at DS Group S.p.A., where they designed web and mobile apps for international companies, focusing on user experience, compliance analysis, and technical documentation. Ester also worked as a Senior Designer at ASMALLWORLD, handling product design, graphic design, digital marketing campaigns, and managing design assets. Ester's work experience also includes roles as a Graphic Designer at www.estervalorio.com, Hult International Business School, Cultural Care Au Pair, TVN Media Group, and as a Photo Editor in freelance projects.

Ester Valorio completed a Higher Education Course in User Experience Design at Politecnico di Milano in 2016. Ester then obtained a Master's degree in Digital Product Management from Talent Garden in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Ester also holds a High School Diploma from Istituto Gonzaga, obtained in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed various courses and programs, including "AI For Designers" from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2024, "3000 Mentorship Minutes" from adplist.org in 2023, "UX Management: Strategy and Tactics" from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2023, and "50 Mentorship Sessions" from adplist.org in 2023.
