Hoang Huynh

Hoang Huynh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2016 as a Corporate Lecturer at Talent Garden Innovation School and later became a Guest Lecturer at Bologna Business School in 2020. In 2018, they joined Value Partners and served as the Head of Service & Experience Design, working with clients in industries such as banking, telecommunications, insurance, retail, and more.

Hoang Huynh also worked as a Lecturer at Istituto Europeo di Design, teaching a Masterbrand course on brand management and communication. In 2019, they became a Design Leadership Forum Member at InVision, where they aimed to advance the practice of design leadership.

In recent years, Hoang Huynh has taken on executive roles in different companies. They were the Executive In Residence at UPGREENE, where they focused on raising capital for a green social engagement platform. They also served as the Executive Managing Director at Spiccio, a company specializing in simplifying household expense payments. Currently, Hoang Huynh is the Managing Partner at Tactical, the first Value Proposition Consulting in the European Market, where they stay focused on the main goals and lead the team effectively.

Additionally, Hoang Huynh has been involved in advisory roles, acting as an Advisor at Aeth Ventures and a Stealth Bootstrap EIR at Tactical. They are also set to join 'dopo' in an undisclosed role starting in October 2023, where they will help clients build their legacies.

Hoang Huynh's education history includes the following:

- In 2012, Huynh obtained a M. Psy in User Experience from Sapienza Università di Roma, specializing in User Experience, Cognitive Ergonomics, and Ethnography.

- From 2004 to 2009, Huynh attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and earned a M.Sc in Computer Engineering - Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, with a focus on Computer Science and Information Technology.
