Richard Hopkins

Richard Hopkins is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing HR functions across various organizations and industries. Currently serving as the People and Capability Manager at Value Tyres since March 2022, Richard previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Brannigans. Extensive experience includes a significant tenure in the cruise industry, managing HR for up to 450 employees at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and roles at Prestige Cruise Holdings, Viking Cruises, and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Richard has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development, employee training and development, and compliance with labor legislation.
