Jaime Benavides is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 30 years of expertise in various industries, including manufacturing, die casting, and pool and spa products. Currently serving as the Corporate HR Director at Value Windows & Doors since May 2016, Jaime leads HRD functions across multiple facilities, focusing on areas such as employee relations, benefits, labor law compliance, and training. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources & Operations at Art Mold Die Casting, where responsibilities encompassed HR, supply chain management, and operations, as well as V.P. of Manufacturing for the Americas Division at Zodiac Pool Systems.
