Debmalya De is the Chief Technology Officer at ValueFirst, a global provider of AI powered Digital Conversation Platforms. Debmalya has over 7 years of experience in the field of network and customer analytics and has played a pivotal role in the development of Pinnacle Digital Analytics Pvt Ltd, a network and customer analytics startup for Communications Service Providers and IoT industry. Debmalya is responsible for the conceptualization, selection of technologies and tools, coding, presales support, competency building, business planning, and fund raising for Pinnacle. Under Debmalya's leadership, Pinnacle has built a competency to provide Analytics as a service (AaaS) model.
