Rayd Abu-Ayyash

Rayd Abu-Ayyash has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rayd is currently the Managing Director at Value for Good GmbH, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Principal at the same company from September 2019 to September 2020. Before joining Value for Good, Rayd worked as a Freelance Consultant for strategy development and implementation from April 2014 to September 2019.

From January 2011 to April 2014, Rayd worked as the Head of Strategy and Corporate Communications at Capital Bank of Jordan. Rayd also served as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Energy Jordan from April 2010 to January 2011, where they were responsible for developing economic models and assessing policy options for implementing Jordan's renewable energy strategy.

Rayd has also worked as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Finance Jordan from June 2009 to December 2009. Prior to that, they were employed as a Senior Consultant at Arup from September 2008 to June 2009 and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from July 2003 to January 2006. Rayd began their career as a Project Specialist at HSH Nordbank from January 2002 to August 2003.

Rayd Abu-Ayyash pursued their education at Harvard University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following a hiatus, they resumed their studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2007 to 2008. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science degree, specializing in City Design and Social Science.
