Rakesh Ranjan

Rakesh Ranjan is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering, Platform at ValueMatrix.AI since January 2024. With a strong background in technology and product management, Rakesh has held significant roles including Vice President at both BNY Mellon and Citi from October 2021 to January 2024 and May 2017 to October 2021, respectively. Prior to this, Rakesh worked at Oracle as a Senior Development Manager, overseeing the development of Oracle Fusion Application HCM products and managing the implementation of various Oracle HCM cloud solutions. Rakesh's career also includes managerial positions at HCL Technologies, leading global product launches for Yahoo, and earlier roles at Oracle India, where Rakesh contributed to the development of Oracle Fusion ERP products. Rakesh holds a PGPEX in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and degrees in IT and Mechanical Engineering.
