Arun Kumar

Arun Kumar has a strong background in ITSM and ITOM modules. Arun started their career in 2015 as a Senior Technical Analyst at Velaga Soft, where they gained experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management, as well as Business application and Asset Management. Arun then moved on to MOURI Tech in 2019 as a Technical Team Lead, specializing in ServiceNow development. At MOURI Tech, they became certified in Admin and Implementation while working on ITSM and ITOM modules. Most recently, Arun joined ValueMomentum in 2022 as a Lead Technical Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Project Lead.

Arun Kumar earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad in the period between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from ServiceNow, including ATF(Automation Test Framework) - Micro Certificate, Certified ServiceNow Administration, Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow, Implementation Specalist in ServiceNow, and Micro-Certification - Performance Analytics.
