Rj Milnor

RJ Milnor is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Valuetainment, RJ also founded and leads People Analytics Partners as CEO. In addition, RJ is an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital and holds a position as Senior Faculty at the Josh Bersin Academy. Notably, RJ was previously the Global Head of People Analytics at Uber. RJ Milnor holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Rhodes College.
