Wee Keng Lee

Wee Keng LEE is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial management and strategy. Currently serving as Financial Controller for Vietnam at Valuetronics Holdings Limited since March 2023, Wee previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Formal Venture Minerals Group from March 2019 to March 2023. With extensive experience at Imerys from 2002 to 2018, roles included General Manager of Imerys Vietnam and Financial Controller of Imerys Malaysia. Prior experience includes positions as Commercial Manager and Accounting Manager at Hanson Building Materials Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Assistant Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen Malaysia. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Victoria University, Chartered Accountant designation from the Malaysian Institute of Accountant, CPA from the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Malaya.
