Franziska Kogler

Franziska Kogler has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Franziska is currently working as an HR Manager at VALUEZON since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Systemic Coach at www.franziskakogler.de starting in January 2021.

From February 2022 to February 2023, Franziska served as an HR Operations Manager at Userlane. Before that, they worked as a Dozent at MESH® ACADEMY between June 2021 and December 2022.

In their earlier career, Franziska held positions as an HR-Generalist at ProGlove from March 2018 to September 2020, and as a Professional/Consultant Recruiting & Services at top itservices AG from March 2016 to February 2018.

Franziska began their professional journey as a Management Trainee at My Indigo from October 2014 to February 2016.

Franziska Kogler completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management and Economics from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck between 2012 and 2016. Recently, between 2020 and 2021, they attended Coaching Akademie Berlin and obtained a degree as a Systemischer Business & Personal Coach. In the same period, they also studied at MESH® ACADEMY and obtained a degree as a Trainer, Coach und Consultant für New Work.
