Leah Clark serves as an Executive Advisor-in-Residence at Valuize, where expertise is directed towards advising Chief Customer Officers and Chief Revenue Officers on digital, AI-integrated customer success transformations. In previous roles, Leah has held significant positions including Chief Growth Officer at Certinia, where leadership focused on enterprise customer success strategy, and as the CEO and Founder of rise run, a consulting practice specializing in customer success and go-to-market transformations. Additional notable roles include Global Head of Customer Success Transformation at Shopify, Global Head of Customer Success & Transformation at Uber, and Global Head of Customer Success Strategy & Operations at Okta, among others. Leah holds educational qualifications from Penn State University, the University of San Francisco, and California State University, Bakersfield.
