Felix A. Rouse is an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in leading brand strategy and resource development across various organizations. Currently serving as Marketing Director for Latin America at Valvoline Global Operations since March 2023, Felix previously held the same title at Valvoline Inc. for a decade, where responsibilities included business growth and marketing program development for the LatAm region. Notably, Felix has also contributed to global product strategy and innovation for light-duty lubricants within Valvoline, managing product pipelines and rollouts. Prior to Valvoline, Felix held senior roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, achieving significant fundraising success as Vice President of Resource Development, and served as CEO for Boys & Girls Clubs of Newark, where a strategic plan led to notable growth. Additional experience includes brand management at Johnson & Johnson, specializing in communications and promotional strategies. Felix holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
