Jayme Jo Rogers

Jayme Jo Rogers is an experienced product owner and digital sales enablement manager with a strong background in business analysis and optimization. At Valvoline Global Operations, Jayme has held the role since March 2023, while simultaneously managing various positions at Valvoline Inc. since July 2009, including leadership in the Digital Center of Excellence and roles focusing on LATAM & OEM business optimization. Previous experience includes positions at Ashland and Valvoline, with responsibilities ranging from systems specialization to internal auditing. Jayme holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Marshall University and a high school diploma in Business from Wheeling Park High School.
