Jim Weis

Jim Weis is a seasoned professional in business development and management with extensive experience in the automotive service industry. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive at Valvoline Global Operations since March 2023, Jim has previously held the same title at Valvoline Inc. where responsibilities included forging new business partnerships with automotive service centers. Prior roles at Valvoline Inc. included National Account Sales Manager and Territory Business Manager. Jim also served as District Manager at Fast Track Oil Change Centers for over 17 years. In addition to current ownership of Intelligent Service Solutions LLC since September 2019, Jim holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Waukesha County Technical College.
