Ron Wagner MSOL

Ron Wagner MSOL serves as Operations Manager at Valvoline Inc. since October 2017, overseeing operations at a high-speed production and packaging plant while leading a union workforce and supporting ISO 9001 and Responsible Care Management Certifications. Previously, Ron held the role of Regional Logistics Manager at Amazon, managing middle-mile freight in the North-Eastern Region, and was an Implementation Consultant at Shipcom Wireless, focusing on logistics management for the Department of Veterans Affairs supply chain upgrades. Ron's experience also includes serving as Logistics Manager at Siemens, supervising warehouse teams, and as a Logistics Officer in the US Army, where Ron managed a significant ammunition supply point. Ron Wagner holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, along with an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice.
