Christin Grubaugh

Christin Grubaugh has a diverse work experience, primarily in the areas of supply chain and data management. Christin started their career at Ashland Inc in 2000, where they held the role of Customer Service Leader, managing a team of 14 representatives. In this role, they successfully consolidated two service centers. Christin then transitioned to the role of Master Data Manager, overseeing global support for all process areas and leading process improvement initiatives.

In 2014, Christin joined Ashland as the Global Master Data Process Owner, where they provided leadership and coordination of processes from a master data perspective. Christin also served as a Project Manager for data-driven projects across the organization.

Currently, Christin is working at Valvoline Inc since 2016. Christin has held two roles at Valvoline, starting as the Global Master Data Manager. In this position, they led Valvoline's Data Governance program, ensuring adherence to data policies and standards. Christin also worked closely with the global organization to communicate the impact of data business processes and establish master data quality targets. Christin's most recent role at Valvoline is Sr. Director of Supply Chain, which they assumed in January 2020.

Throughout their career, Christin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams, and a focus on driving process improvement and data management initiatives.

Christin Grubaugh holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Franklin University.
