Christin Grubaugh has a diverse work experience, primarily in the areas of supply chain and data management. Christin started their career at Ashland Inc in 2000, where they held the role of Customer Service Leader, managing a team of 14 representatives. In this role, they successfully consolidated two service centers. Christin then transitioned to the role of Master Data Manager, overseeing global support for all process areas and leading process improvement initiatives.

Christin also worked closely with the global organization to communicate the impact of data business processes and establish master data quality targets. Christin's most recent role at Valvoline is Sr. Director of Supply Chain, which they assumed in January 2020.
