Mike Sandbrink

Mike Sandbrink is currently the Corporate Compensation Manager at Valvoline Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Mike served as the Total Rewards Senior Manager and Compensation Manager at AppHarvest from September 2021 to April 2023. Mike co-founded My Kentucky Tee, a subscription-based tee shirt company, and held various compensation roles at Tempur Sealy International, Lexmark International, and St Joseph Hospital - Lexington, with a comprehensive background in compensation analysis and management. Mike began the professional journey as a Compensation Intern at LFUCG. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government and Business Administration from Georgetown College.
