Rodger Raybourn

Rodger Raybourn has over 20 years of experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently, Rodger serves as the Senior Manager of HR Operations & Payroll at Valvoline Inc. since October 2015, having previously held positions as Payroll Manager for the US and Canada and HR Payroll Specialist III/Supervisor within the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Ashland Inc. as Tax Coordinator and in Property Accounting, and at the City of South Charleston as Assistant City Treasurer. Additionally, Rodger began a career with the West Virginia State Auditors Office as an Audit Inspector. Rodger holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Campbellsville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Alice Lloyd College.
