Karel Kantor serves as the Head of Hospital Innovation Unit and Chief Business Development Officer at VAMED MEDITERRA, where responsibilities include strategizing the implementation of digital technology in healthcare and managing real digital care initiatives. With over a decade of experience at AGEL a.s., Karel held multiple leadership positions, including Vice Chairman of the Board and Director of Science, Research, and Innovation, spearheading medical innovations and international research projects. Karel's prior roles extend to chairman and CFO positions in various organizations, as well as project management and leadership in AIESEC. Karel holds an Engineer's Degree in Economics, Systems Engineering, and Informatics from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, complemented by foundational education from local schools.
