Richard Parsons has a diverse work experience. Richard started their career in 2011 as a Digital Marketing Manager at goodypass.com, where they led a team in implementing email and social media marketing strategies. Richard also provided social media training to celebrities and worked with the development team on website features. In 2012, they joined Awin Global as a Senior Global Account Manager and later moved up to roles like Global Accounts Team Leader, Global Account Director, and Global Client Services Manager. Richard was responsible for client strategy, campaign planning, and project management. In 2018, they joined Vamp as a Senior Implementation Manager, where they created and executed influencer marketing strategies to integrate brands with relevant influencers. Richard recently became the Head of Customer Success for KSA at Vamp.

Richard Parsons completed their education with a BA Joint Hons in French and Politics from Newcastle University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they spent a year at Université Stendhal Grenoble 3 in 2008-2009. Prior to their university years, they attended King George V College from 2004 to 2006 and completed their high school education at Birkdale High School from 1999 to 2004.
