Les Royce

Les Royce is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Van Ausdall & Farrar since January 2024. With a specialization in voice, data security, network, and cloud infrastructure, Les drives strategic initiatives that align with business objectives to deliver exceptional value to clients. Previously, Les held the position of Information Technology Director at Tom Wood Automotive, overseeing an in-house IT division for 1200 users across multiple states and countries. As Vice President at 4D Support Inc., Les managed a diverse clientele of 42 customers and led project management and technical support initiatives. Early career experiences include roles as an onsite tech at Netfor, Inc., and as a project manager and Sr. Technology Engineer at Xerox Corporation, with consulting work for Eli Lilly & Co. Les holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
