Laura Schumack

Laura Schumack is the Manager at van den Boom & Associates. Laura has also worked as the Principal Accountant at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC from May 2019 to April 2021. Laura has also been a Senior Accountant at UnitedHealthcare from September 2016 to May 2019 where they were responsible for preparing quarterly, annual and audited financial statements for companies regulated by the NAIC. Laura was also in charge of providing detailed review and guidance to regulatory reporting team for the annual global template face financial footnotes. Laura has a long work history of being an accountant dating back to their first job as an accountant at Quest Engineering from May 2015 to September 2016. Laura is also a Business Tutor at the University of Minnesota Duluth and they interned at Graco as a Corporate Tax Intern in 2014.

Laura Schumack attended the University of Minnesota Duluth for their undergraduate degree and the University of South Carolina for their graduate degree. Laura currently teaches at Lakeville South High School.
