Gertjan van der Haas has extensive experience in logistics and management, currently serving as Areamanager USA at Van der Knaap Group of Companies since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gertjan held the position of Accountmanager verkoop at Presscon from September 2020 to July 2022, specializing in nitrogen generators and related systems for various industries. Gertjan also worked as an Internationaal logistiek manager at Van der Knaap Group from November 2014 to September 2020 and as Assistant Manager Customer Service at HZ Transport from November 2013 to October 2014. Additionally, Gertjan owned and operated Internationale transporten J.G.A. van der Haas & zn. for over 17 years, gaining significant experience in road transport and entrepreneurship. Gertjan further developed skills in logistics leadership as Teamleider logistiek at Red Star Trading from December 2005 to October 2012, while managing personal entrepreneurial responsibilities. Gertjan holds a degree in HBO Logistiek Management, completed in 2008.
