Gertjan Boom

Gertjan Boom is a professional with extensive experience in the container and packaging industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Van der Wal B.V., Gertjan has held various managerial positions in leading companies such as Greif and Van Leer. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and business management, Gertjan has also served in the Royal Netherlands Army as part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon. Gertjan holds a Nima A + B degree from Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing and has completed executive education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
