Joshua Liposky, MBA, PMP, SPC, RTE, currently serves as the Director of Program Management at VAN DYK Recycling Solutions since March 2025. Previously, Joshua held various management roles at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas and its Door Security Solutions division, including Program Management Office Manager and Program Manager. Prior to ASSA ABLOY, Joshua was with Cadenza Innovation, Inc., where roles included Director of Technical Sales & Applications Engineering and Director of Battery Systems. Joshua's career began at Lex Products, progressing through various engineering roles, and includes experience at companies such as Ashcroft Inc., DESTACO, and Emhart Technologies. Joshua earned an MBA in Project Management from Post University and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Haven.
