Hayley S. has over 16 years of work experience in the human resources field. Hayley is currently the Head of HR at Van Elle, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Balfour Beatty plc for 12 years, starting as an International HR Specialist in December 2008 and gradually progressing to the role of Senior Human Resources Partner from February 2015 to February 2020. Hayley also served as the Head of UK Graduates from September 2012 to February 2015 and as a Resourcing Manager from January 2011 to August 2012. Before joining Balfour Beatty, Hayley worked at East Midlands Trains for 4 years as a Resourcing Manager from November 2004 to November 2007 and as a Talent Manager from November 2007 to November 2008.

Hayley S. pursued their education in the field of Human Resources and Business. From 1999 to 2002, they attended the University of Derby and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management with Marketing. Following that, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at Aston University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources with Business.
