Lauren Brierley

Lauren Brierley has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to CAD drafting and engineering. Lauren'smost recent position is as a Senior CAD Engineer at Van Elle, where they have been employed since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Assistant at BOULTING ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LIMITED from February 2020 to June 2021. Lauren also served as a Draughtsperson and Drawing Office Manager at Town And Country Vibro from April 2014 to February 2020. Before that, they were a CAD Draughtsperson at Chubb Fire & Security from January 2010 to April 2014 and a CAD Draughtsperson at Bachy Soletanche Group Limited from January 2008 to November 2008. Additionally, Lauren worked as an Architectural Steelwork Designer at Rourkes Wrought Iron / Steel from May 2007 to January 2008. Earlier in their career, they held the roles of Drawing Office Manager and CAD Draughtsperson at Pennine Vibro Piling from June 2004 to May 2007 and from March 2001 to June 2004, respectively.

Lauren Brierley's education history begins in 1993 when they attended All Saints Catholic High School, where they completed their GCSE's. Lauren then went on to attend BACUP AND RAWTENSTALL GRAMMAR SCHOOL - 6th Form from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Biology, English Combined, German, and General Studies for their A-Levels.

In 2001 and 2002, they enrolled at Accrington & Rossendale College, where they received a Level 2 & Level 3 certificate in 2D CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. In 2002, they also attended Accrington & Rossedale College for a short period to gain proficiency in Advanced Word and Excel (ARC).

Lauren then pursued higher education at The University of Bolton from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering. Lauren'sfield of study during this time included Soil Mechanics and Geotechnics.

In 2005, Lauren attended the Kingfisher Centre for a Certificate program in Effective Leadership and Time Management, further enhancing their skill set.
