Jeri Johnson, MSOD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CBC, CMFT, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Van Horn Automotive Group since June 2022, following a tenure as Executive Director of Human Resources and Communications at Appvion. With a substantial background in human resources management, Jeri has held various leadership roles including Human Resources Manager at Redline Plastics and Appvion, as well as Director of Human Resources at Village Northwest Unlimited. Jeri's expertise encompasses integrated HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and labor negotiations, reflecting a commitment to organizational development and diversity initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Edgewood College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Iowa State University, along with numerous certifications in behavioral consulting and labor relations.
