Currently serving as the Operations Director at Services de café Van Houtte since January 2012, Jean oversees daily operations at the Montreal Science Centre and IMAX cinema location, focusing on productivity enhancement, cost reduction strategies, team training, and compliance with company policies. Previous roles include Operations Director at Metro Guy-Concordia, Restaurant and Bar Manager at Café Restaurant Arsenik, and Store Manager at L'ÉPICERIE DU FAUBOURG, where Jean developed sales strategies, managed inventory, and ensured excellent customer service.
